Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan that is administered by Continental
Stock Transfer and Trust Co. (the “Plan Administrator”) The Plan currently
provides interested investors, both current shareholders of record as well
as new investors wishing to make an initial purchase, with a convenient and
economical method to invest funds and reinvest dividends into shares of
ARMOUR’s Common Stock while providing a source of capital for ARMOUR.
